How does the design process work when you order a sign from SignSpecialist.com? Below you will find our running journal of designs and sign specifications for Magnetic Signs, Banners, Yard Signs, Metal Signs, Temporary Signs, and Truck Lettering. These are actual orders from previous customers.
Our journal is updated daily with new designs. We only post in our journal the initial layout designed to the customers specifications. By the time the sign goes in production, many times, the design has changed dramatically from the initial proof you'll see below. Such is the nature of the design process. Never-the-less, this should give you a good feel as to how we and our customers design custom sign orders. If you have any questions, as usual, let us know - we'll be glad to help.

Hello. Thanks again for your recent order. Attached you will notice a layout for your truck lettering idea. Let me know what you think. I did try the arch lettering, and did not develop it much more… cursive is not natural in an arch. Also, I did do a full-color design, at no extra.
You mentioned the door lettering goes on a 97 Ford. There is a natural split on these doors ( a top and bottom). Ideally we’d make this in two pieces on each door, with the phone number going on the lower rocker panel. However these trucks do vary a great bit on how they have (or dont have) side moldings. If you could take a few minutes and measure the height you’d like the over all lettering (“make top section, _____” tall, and the bottom section, make ______” tall’).
Cost on the other lettering is: $175 (three pieces, two fitting within 32″x72″ and one fitting within 30″x44″) and does cost a bit more because of the square footage. Let me know if this is ‘a go’.
Keep in mind monitors vary GREATLY in the way they display colors. If an exact color match is needed, samples can be mailed right out. Once we get the final go ahead your lettering will mail within 1 working day. If you have any questions let me know.

Type of Lettering Custom Truck Lettering; Size 18H X 32W Colors Gold/Yellow (Good Contrast on Black Truck); Desired Fonts and Text Liberty Lawn & Home Expectations Meet Results 864.335.7016 Hello … Application’97 F150; Truck Color Black Ideally; I would like the “Liberty Lawn & Home” to have an arc with the “Expectations Meet Results” and “864.335.7016” centered in straight line under this arc. I want the lettering to look ‘upscale’ and feel a script font may best accomplish this. Something like your ‘Fabulous Vegas’ font. I was thinking a richer appearing Gold or Yellow color. Maybe even a bright cream?? Though not yet paid for; if you can do an appealing 2 color or outlined/shadowed; please let me know. I Do Not want the color to appear neon-like. I Do want it to look hi-end. PLEASE e-mail me for layout confirmation before production. I; also; need 2 set of same lettering for my 7×16 V-Nose trailer (Black). The size of area to be covered32H x 72W … for better scaling; there can be inch or 2 either way. I want your input.
